      The 400 MW offshore PV power project developed by CHN Energy Guohua Energy Investment in Rudong, Jiangsu Province has recently achieved full-capacity grid connection.

      As China's largest integrated PV-hydrogen-storage facility located in coastal tidal flats, the project generates over 460 million kWh of electricity annually - sufficient to power 700,000 households.

      It pioneers an innovative "PV + invasive species control" model, having restored 4,300 mu (287 hectares) of tidal flat previously overrun by Spartina alterniflora. The complex features supporting infrastructure including a 60MW/120MWh energy storage station and a hydrogen production plant with 1,500 Nm3/hour capacity. Its innovative "elevated permeable concrete platform + prefabricated modular cabin" design reduced substation footprint by 50%. Utilizing N-type monocrystalline bifacial solar panels delivers a 2.29% power generation boost.

      Breakthrough engineering solutions include an integrated river-sea-cable transport technique and 1,800 four-wheeled platform carts protecting marine cultivation zones. The project's "drone and 5G-based smart operation system" establishes a replicable model combining comprehensive energy utilization with coastal ecological restoration, achieving annual CO? emission reductions of approximately 309,400 tons.
